The project consisted of two separate parts: replacement of existing technology with more energy-efficient equipment + thermal insulation of the production hall ceiling.
* replacement of existing technology with more energy-efficient equipment - acquisition of a new-generation laser cutting machine with significantly lower power consumption while maintaining the existing technical parameters.
Successful bidder - Bystronic Czech Republic s.r.o. with the "ByStar Fiber Dynamic Edition F4000"
* thermal insulation of the production hall ceiling - the uninsulated ceiling structure was supplemented with 300 mm of Climaglass W blown thermal insulation. The insulation was installed by Stavo plus Votrubová s.r.o.

The purpose of the project was to replace existing production technology - a press brake that had become inefficient, costly to operate and environmentally unfriendly. As part of the project, this machine was replaced with a new-generation machine.
Successful bidder - Canmet s.r.o. with the SafanDarley H-Brake Ultra 320.42 Ultra CNC-controlled hydraulic press brake
